How do I book my first appointment?
Use the search bar to find a doctor by specialty, city, or name. Pick an available slot, confirm your details, complete payment, and you'll get a confirmation via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
Are the doctors verified?
Yes. Every doctor on Nizam Care has their PMC (Pakistan Medical Commission) license verified by our team before being listed. You'll see a verified badge on their profile.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes — go to your dashboard and choose to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the slot are refunded in full.
Is video consultation available?
Most doctors offer video consultations. Look for the "Video Consult" badge on their profile. You'll get a secure video room link 10 minutes before your slot.
How does the voice guidance work?
Throughout the booking process, you'll see a small speaker icon. Click it to hear instructions read aloud in your preferred language — Urdu, English, Pashto, or Persian.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, UnionPay, and all major local and international Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards for your convenience.
How do I access my prescription or lab reports?
Simply log in to your Patient Dashboard and navigate to the "Medical Records" tab. You'll find download links for all your digital prescriptions and lab reports.

Can I book an appointment for a family member?
Yes. During the booking step, select "Book for a family member" and input their name, CNIC, and age to maintain organized records under their profile.
What if a doctor cancels the appointment?
If a doctor cancels or is unavailable, you will be notified immediately. You can choose to reschedule to another slot or receive a 100% automatic refund.
