Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of our patient appointment booking engine, digital prescription tools, and clinic integrations. You will work closely with clinical stakeholders to deliver secure, performant, and intuitive systems.

### Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize the DDRI Doctors Laravel backend and API integrations.

  • Architect database schemas for appointments, billing modules, and pharmacy inventory tracks.

  • Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews.

  • Guarantee system security, HIPAA compliance, and data privacy.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional backend experience using Laravel (PHP).

  • Proficient in MySQL query optimization and relational database design.

  • Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating payment gateways (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Stripe).

  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Vue.js or React) and build tools (Vite, npm).

  • Excellent analytical and team collaboration skills.
