Role Overview

Join our medical panel as a Telehealth Resident Medical Officer. You will conduct primary triage, provide audio/video clinical consultations for non-emergency cases, write digital prescriptions, and recommend laboratory tests based on initial patient evaluations.

### Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote diagnostic interviews with patients seeking consultation.

  • Record accurate medical histories and write digital prescriptions in the DDRI portal.

  • Advise patients on appropriate lab tests and review results for follow-up guidance.

  • Escalate critical cases to specialized urban consultants.

Key Requirements

  • MBBS degree from a recognized institution with a valid, active PMC/PMDC license.

  • Minimum 1 year of post-house job experience in a clinical setting.

  • Strong communication skills, telephone etiquette, and bedside manner.

  • Comfortable navigating digital health platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
